Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by GrapoliX LLC ("GrapoliX", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

GrapoliX provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS hosting, business legitimization services, and related digital infrastructure services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are charged in US dollars. Domain registration, hosting, and VPS services are billed as described at the time of purchase. Business legitimization services are one-time fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use GrapoliX services for any illegal activity, distribution of malware, spam, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry. GrapoliX acts as a registrar on your behalf. You are the registrant of record. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed.

7. Hosting Services

GrapoliX provides hosting services on a best-effort basis with a target uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and circumstances beyond our control are excluded from uptime calculations. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

8. Business Legitimization Services

GrapoliX assists with LLC formation, EIN registration, DUNS registration, and related services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We act as a filing service only. Processing times depend on government agencies and are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

GrapoliX liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email when possible.
